Technology Requirements

For the Hepatitis C Virus Rapid Testing Virtual Training, each participant must have access to the following technology to participate:

• A computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and speakers or aheadphone jack or, in the event of no speakers or headphone jack, amobile phone with internet access.
• Access to stable internet for the duration of the virtual trainingsession.

Training Accommodations

If you do not have access to each of the required technology to participate, have a scheduling conflict for a portion of the training, or have any other reason why you cannot meet the virtual training requirements, contact VH.RapidTesting@tn.gov at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled training. Ms. Moon can help troubleshoot your concerns and recommend solutions.

Virtual Training Logistics

This virtual training has participant materials that you will receive ahead of the scheduled training, including the training agenda, the training PowerPoint slides, and documents to have on hand during the training. You will receive a PDF copy via email.  A physical packet will be mailed only upon request.

You will receive email updates with information about the virtual training you are registered for and invitations to the virtual training space. If the email on your registration information is not one that you will have access to before, during, or after the virtual training, contact VH.RapidTesting@tn.gov at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled training.

Technical Support

Virtual training relies on secure internet access to connect participants and trainers throughout the training. Please text Melissa Moon at 865-851-4056 if you lose internet connectivity or access to the training space. You will be emailed a new invite to get back into the training space when your connection allows. If your connectivity is lost for more than 15 minutes, you will be required to take another training at a later time. If your trainers lose access to the training space, please check your email for a new invitation to continue your training.

Post-test and Participant Feedback Survey

This virtual training ends with Post-test and a Participant Feedback Survey. Both the Post-test and the Participant Feedback Survey (anonymous) will need to be completed prior to exiting the training to receive the Training Certificate of Completion for the virtual training.

You must sign below to confirm your agreement to all virtual training requirements.  If any requirements are unmet, then you will be asked to register again or repeat the training class.
